When you submit an enquiry through our contact form, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, your child's name and age, your preferred start date, the days/hours of care you require, and any additional message you choose to include.
How we store it
Enquiries submitted through this website are sent directly by email to our business inbox and are not stored in a database on this website. Once received the enquiry is retained in our email system for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, manage your enquiry and where applicable discuss or provide a childcare place. When the information is no longer needed it will be deleted or securely disposed of where reasonably practicable. We do not keep enquiry information indefinitely.
Why we collect it
We use this information solely to respond to your childcare enquiry, discuss availability and if you go on to use our childcare service to provide that service. We do not use it for marketing without your separate, explicit consent and we never sell or share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information about children
The enquiry form asks for limited information about your child such as their name and age so that we can understand your childcare requirement, assess availability and discuss whether our childcare service is suitable for your needs. Please do not include sensitive or unnecessary personal information about your child in the enquiry form.
